I'm Jenni – a teacher, recovery coach, and soon-to-be registered nutritionist.
At the heart of my work is a passion for helping women feel better, regain balance, and build a daily life that truly supports their overall health and happiness.
My coaching isn't about strict rules or quick fixes – it's about genuine connection, understanding, and walking the journey together.
I believe that even small changes can lead to lasting results – whether it's smarter eating habits, more daily movement, or better sleep routines.
I've seen it happen time and time again with my clients.
My own path to this work hasn't been straightforward. It's been full of learning, insight, and personal growth.
My background is in nutrition science, and I've deepened my expertise through personal trainer, group fitness, yoga teacher, and recovery coach training.
I'm currently studying to become a registered dietitian at the University of Eastern Finland, because I want to understand the whole human being on an even deeper level.
But above all, I'm also a mother.
Motherhood has taught me what no textbook ever could – how essential it is to take care of your own energy and recovery, not only for yourself but for those you love.
I've felt what it's like to run on empty, when your body is calling for attention – and I've also experienced the transformation that happens when you finally make space for yourself, even a little.
When a mother feels well, the whole family thrives.
That realization has shaped the way I see health and what true well-being really means.
Now, I want to share that understanding with you.
